Our youthful and energetic chef Tito comes from no less than a family in hospitality. Originally from Colombia, he has tried his hand at countless international cuisines before joining us in La Central. Passionate about quality, Tito loves the simplicity with which our carefully selected produce can flourish into delicious tapas.
Sue
Our valued team veteran. Sue’s precision and care slicing, organising and preparing our Deli products is nothing short of breathtaking. Originally from Thailand, people often do a double take upon hearing her convincingly Spanish ‘hola’!
Favourite product: Sue worships our San Simon smoked cheese, and loves trying her hand at Spanish cuisine.
